As a lifelong New Yorker with nearly a decade of industry experience, that client-focused approach is coupled with a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Prior to real estate, LaQuana was an accountant at Ernst & Young. While the financial savvy and business acumen she earned in that role reaps rewards in her real estate work today, ultimately, she wanted to assist clients firsthand. Authentic, personable and known for her impeccable follow-through, for LaQuana, real estate is never about simply completing a transaction, it's about exceeding clients' expectations and earning their loyalty.

Originally from Brooklyn, LaQuana earned a B.S. in accounting and finance from Syracuse University and currently resides in Long Island City. She’s a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a New York Residential Specialist (NYRS). In her free time, she enjoys discovering new wines, vacationing in exotic island destinations, and spending quality time with family.
